Close to Budweiser Stage. Front end staff were great overall as well.

Charged and never received deposit back. Ended up being double the price.

room very small, cold no extra blankets, bathroom door knob not attached properly, no parking, could hear other room fighting all night, could hear traffic, over priced

Rude Staff, room wasn't very clean bathroom was dirty was told there was parking and there wasn't and then was argued with about it

Smell, mold in bathroom, dirty room, noise from tram track, smell from AC, unfortable bed, lack of customer support. Checked in at around midnight and the guy didnt give us a king bed or double beds dispite availability and our check out at 5:30 AM.

Filthy, run down, poorly appointed, no glasses, not even paper cups, tv did not work correctly, breakfast passable but no milk for cereal.

We did not like anything about this hotel. Parking was 3 blocks away, and the hotel itself is situated on a streetcar park so noise all night long. It smelled terrible.

the room was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too small i barely could fit my luggage in it,also it was very dirty i dont think they ever vacuum it,the toilet paper was not new and i ran out of it, no klinex,i thought i was going to have 2 beds and i didnt

The desk staff was friendly and helpful

Smelly & dirty. Soiled towels, thin towels, soiled carpet. Smelly room! only decaf coffee in the room! Marginal breakfast

=The only saving grace was $6 parking in a nearby lot. In Toronto, 6$ for parking is a steal.

Room "Cleanliness" - Not clean (other than bathroom) Poor guest excellence (night auditor/front desk agent) did not care about our issues.

It was cheaper than most hotels downtown in the core, yet still in a decent location to get to and from a concert at the Molson Amphitheatre. The cab ride one-way was about $10 plus tip. Plus, the parking was only $6 overnight.

Located in a sketchy somewhat rundown neighbourhood. The only parking was a public lot offsite about 3 blocks away; we had to call the hotel after circling around to find out where to park.

Convenience and very nice location near lake Ontario

Hotel was not very clean.

The location was great during the day for proximity to boutques, nail salons, etc.

The hotel had a weird smell. It was extremely loud at night. One our second night people scaled the building and tried to enter our friend's rm whixh had a window that didn't lock. When he ywlled at them they smashed rhe window and ran off.

The price

The noise, the rooms were tiny, not very clean, outdated, A/C could not be controlled.

The beds were comfortable, it was clean. The staff was friendly. It is no frills but if the location suits you, then you should use it.

This is a hotel for working people or those on a quick trip to Toronto. It is priced right and I'd think most people checking in don't expect a spa or swimming pool. Good value for money.

The street cars are a bit noisy in the wee hours of the morning, but that's life.

Very close to transit on Roncesvalles, Queen and King Streets which is preferable to driving a car in the city. Not a hotel for visitors seeking the best of Toronto but a very utilitarian hotel for those travellers that just want a room to sleep in.

Close to the event we attended. McDonald's and burrito boys across the road

Parking at a separate location. Heavy trolley traffic. Room very small.

Convenient to get to nearby locations.

Trolly cars noisy all night -- bring earplugs. The continental breakfast was horrible.
